Local pickup is available from Ontario, California. We will give you 30 minutes tranining if you do local pickup. These battery packs are original manufacturer's batteries and they are re-certified from us. Segway itself is extremely reliable and sturdy. There are nothing really break. The only un-reliable parts in Segway are the batteries. We will provide 1 year warranty on the batteries and we can provide battery related services that manufacturer's can't.
Segway and batteries will be shipped by DHL or Fedex in states. For international locations, please contact us first.
Regular retail price for x2 is $5,850. You won't find better deal than this.

Replace Battery Packs in Pairs - from Segway Manual
"Whenever you replace a Battery Pack, consider replacing both Battery Packs, and always use pairs of Battery Packs with the same chemistry. Replacing only one Battery Pack will not necessarily increase the performance or range of your Segway HT, because the Segway HT is designed to operate only at the level allowed by the lower-energy Battery Pack.
Redundancy is a critical safety feature built into the Segway HT. This applies to the Battery Packs.
Therefore, you should replace Battery Packs in pairs (except for the unusual situation where a Battery Pack is replaced because of damage or defect and the other Battery Pack is relatively new)".

We will restore your dead batteries to working condition. We will replace maximun 16 bad cells in your old battery pack. If your batteris fail within 30 days, we will provide refill service at $500 extra. If your batteries fail within 1 year, we will provide refill service at $599 extra.
